Our 2018 Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) program will begin on June 2 and continue weekly through October 27.  Boxes will be available for pick-up on Saturdays at Chicago's Green City Market and the Evanston Farmer's Market and on Tuesdays at Red & White Wines in Wicker Park and The Institute of Cultural Affairs in Uptown.  Family shares are $550 for the 22-week season.

Our committment is to provide you with a nutritious assortment of Certified Naturally Grown food!  Early boxes hold salad delights, the lively flavors of early spring greens--fresh, sharp, with an earthy edge!  Enjoy mesclun, dandelions, radicchios, radishes, chives, spinach, spring onions, strawberries, green garlic, watercress, arugula, kale, chard, green shallots, sorrel and peas.  As summer ripens, the colorful crops of this season emerge along with the mouthwatering flavors that are truly unique when your food is grown in healthy soils, nourished by rain and sun, hand harvested and brought to you just hours later.  Delight in our many varieities of zucchinis, cucumbers, beans, beets, fingerling potatoes, carrrots, peppers, eggplants, tomatoes, melons, sweet potatoes, fall squashes, and more!  Make locally grown, seasonal eating a priorty and develop a relationship with the farmers that grow the food you eat.
