Our 2012 Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) program will begin on June 2 and continue weekly through November 3. Boxes will be available for pick-up from 7 AM to 12 PM at Chicago's Green City Market (Wednesdays & Saturdays), and the Evanston Farmer's Market (Saturdays). 2-person shares are $550 for the 22-week season. Family shares are $990.
Our committment is to provide you with a nutritious assortment of fresh produce harvested at the peak of its season! A typical late spring/early summer box may contain mesclun, radishes, chives, spinach, spring onions, green garlic, watercress, arugula, kale, chard, green shallots, sorrel or peas. As the season progresses, you can expect heartier vegetables like zucchini, cucumbers, beans, beets, fingerling potatoes, carrrots, peppers, eggplants, tomatoes, melons, sweet potatoes, fall squash, and more!
